Average Delivery Times
At Eleganz-modehaus, we strive for the best value for money by shipping our products directly from the supplier. This allows us to save considerably on transport, storage, packaging, and shipping costs, while offering products at a fair price. The total delivery time, including processing, is usually between 10 and 15 days.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped from our distribution center. We do our best to process your order as quickly as possible.

Delays Although 97% of orders are delivered within the stated delivery time, delays may occur in some cases. This can be caused by unforeseen circumstances. If you have any questions or updates about your order, you can always  contact

Canceling Your Orders Due to the fast processing time, there is no right of cancellation after you have placed your order. You have a 14-day right to cancel your order after receiving the goods. Please check your shipping information carefully! To ensure your order is processed correctly, it is important that your shipping information is complete and correct. If any information is missing or incorrect, it may cause delays in shipping. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide accurate information. Please note that if a package is lost or undelivered due to incorrect information, the costs are the buyer's responsibility and we cannot offer a refund. Delivery errors We are sorry to hear that there are problems with your order. For further information on the location of your package, please contact the local delivery service responsible for delivery. Incorrect or incomplete address Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order. If a package is returned or undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we cannot be held responsible. If the customer requests redelivery, additional shipping costs may apply.

















Note: If the customer refuses delivery or does not collect their order within the specified time frame (usually 5-7 days), we (the retailer) are not responsible for the refused delivery/uncollected package and cannot provide a refund.

Track your order
Once your items have been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order via our Track & Trace page on the website. It may take up to 2-3 days after placing your order for the Track & Trace information to become visible.
